License and usage rights

Vavang Invoice V1 is distributed under a proprietary commercial license. The plugin repository's LICENSE.md, docs/commercial-offer.md and licensing model are authoritative; this page is their customer-facing summary.

Standard plans

An active AGENCY subscription can add packs of 10 production installations for €990/year each. There is no invoice-volume, order-volume or GMV fee in V1.

What one installation means

The license is per independently operated production Sylius application/database, identified by the stable plugin installation_id. It is not per domain, company, Sylius channel or invoice count.

Therefore:

• multiple domains/channels on the same application/database use one production slot;
• changing the domain or host does not consume another slot when the same logical production installation is migrated;
• an independent database clone serving real traffic needs its own identity/slot;
• dev, local, CI, preview, test and staging do not consume production slots while they do not serve real commercial traffic.

PRO and AGENCY use

PRO is intended for a merchant/single production project.

AGENCY belongs to the purchasing agency/integrator and can cover customer projects up to its purchased allowance. A customer may receive source access only for its authorized project; the agency entitlement is not a general sublicensing/redistribution right and is not automatically transferred if the customer leaves the agency.

Source modification

The licensee may modify the plugin for an authorized project and may let employees/contractors work on that project under appropriate confidentiality/non-redistribution obligations.

Modification does not grant a right to publish, resell, sublicense or reuse the commercial plugin outside the purchased production allowance.

Renewal and continued operation

The standard subscription lasts 12 months.

During an active entitlement, updates and best-effort support are included for supported versions and new production installations may be bound up to the purchased allowance.

After expiry, a version lawfully obtained while active may continue to operate. Fiscal invoice generation, compliance history and required transmission are not disabled solely because a subscription expired or the licensing service is unavailable. Updates, support and new production bindings require renewal under the standard V1 policy.

Agency/customer handover

A departing customer does not inherit the agency's license key. Existing fiscal processing must continue safely during handover, but continued updates/support and future production activations require the customer's own or another valid entitlement. Retired/transferred agency installation bindings are released explicitly and audibly rather than by silent key reuse.

Commercial enforcement is not fiscal enforcement

Expired, invalid, unreachable or over-limit licensing states may restrict commercial entitlements such as updates/support. They must not be wired as a kill switch into invoice generation or required regulatory transmission.
