ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION
The subscription controls access to new releases and support, not the integrity of your existing fiscal operations.
Each purchase or renewal opens 12 months of updates and support under the selected plan.
Expiry, a licensing-service outage or an agency over-limit state does not by itself disable existing fiscal flows.
After expiry, a lawfully obtained version remains operational within the license limits.
Source may be modified for authorized projects without granting redistribution or resale rights for the commercial plugin.
Custom Sylius development, business-data migration or repair, accounting/tax/legal advice, external-provider fees, custom connectors, guaranteed SLA, hosting and infrastructure operations remain outside the subscription unless separately quoted.

The standard V1 scope is defined to avoid licensing surprises at deployment time.
PRO covers 1 production installation. AGENCY covers up to 10 production installations. An additional pack of 10 installations costs €990 excl. VAT per year. Multiple channels sharing the same Sylius application and database count as one installation.
Yes. Development, local, CI, preview and staging environments used to build or validate an already licensed production installation do not consume an additional production slot.
During the active 12-month subscription, you receive releases published for your plan, corrective, compatibility and regulatory updates, plus email support for installation, configuration, documented behaviour and confirmed defects. Support is best effort with no contractual response-time SLA.
The subscription lasts 12 months from purchase or renewal. After expiry, access to new releases and support may be restricted, but a lawfully obtained version remains operational within the license limits. Expiry is never a fiscal kill switch.
AGENCY allows the plugin to be installed and maintained for multiple customers up to the purchased capacity. It includes up to 10 production installations and one agency support contact. Additional packs add 10 production installations.
Yes, to install, operate, maintain and integrate the plugin in Sylius projects authorized by your license. Those modifications do not grant a right to publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the commercial plugin.
No. V1 has no usage fee, invoice-volume fee or GMV percentage. External provider costs — PDP, accounting, payment or other third-party services — remain outside the Vavang subscription.
